    * Aarsleff close to signing contract with AP Pension in Odense 
    * Has signed a letter of intent with pension company AP Pension 
    * Building activities are expected to begin in mid-2018 and be completed by end of 2020 
    * Contract is expected to have a total value of about 350 million Danish crowns ($52.3
